Mark Your Calendars Now for Chick Chat 2012!
ON SATURDAY, MARCH 10, 2012, HGNA WILL HOST OUR EVER-EXPANDING ANNUAL CHICK CHAT EVENT -- an exciting, day-long workshop where hundreds of girls in grades 4 through 6 have the opportunity to explore their interests and sense of self, build interpersonal skills and just have fun! Each year the curriculum is grade-specific, so no two years are the same! At HGNA we believe that one of the best ways to serve the interests of adolescent girls is to involve their parents in the process, and thus offer Mom and Dad Chat, during the morning of Chick Chat. This year, local parenting expert Dr. Michael Maniacci will lead the Mom and Dad Chat with a workshop for parents which will explore how to help your daughters develop a strong sense of self.
